Refund & Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with Trenvilla. We are committed to ensuring you are satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely happy, please review our refund and returns policy below.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be:

  • In original condition
  • Unworn and unwashed
  • With original tags and packaging

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Intimate apparel (lingerie, bodysuits, etc.)
  • Swimwear
  • Final sale items
  • Accessories (earrings, etc.)

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment, such as Visa, Mastercard, or other credit cards, within 5–10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  1. First, check your credit card or bank statement.
  2. Then, contact your card issuer; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at admin@eileenfishers.info.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to order a different size or style, please return the original item and place a new order separately.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
